Feedster's Chief Scientist is Francois Schiettecatte according to the
corporate team page which was recently updated on December 28, 2005. Feedster might be adding profiles like Technorati or some other more advanced citations feature. They could also just be trying the increase the accuracy and speed of the citations results -- but the wording "something new" and the exclamation mark suggests otherwise.
