Technorati has added a blog finder tool. The blog finder allows people to find blogs by using tags. Technorati kicked-off blog finder by auto-classifying blogs based on the tags they use in posts most often. However, bloggers can change these tags or add new tags by logging in to Technorati. Up to twenty different tags can be used for each blog. Some example categories include Autos, Gossip, Fitness, Video Games, Style, Employment, Movies, Shoes and Cats. Blog finder can also be used for more specific categories like Antiques, PlameGate, Screenwriting, 70s, Critters, Animation and Academia. Technorati's blog finder can sort blogs alphabetically, by most recently updated and by rank. Rank is based on inbound links.
