Over 100+ Official Corporate Blogs and Counting

An article from the Canadian Press (CP) reports that there are now over 100 official corporate blogs and this number is growing. However, an article from USA Today in May pointed out that there are no Fortune 1000 CEO's blogging. The CP article mentioned a few of the more familiar official corporate blogs:
It's hard to quantify how many companies, executives and employees are blogging but there are probably more than 100 official corporate blogs, with hundreds more in the works, said Pete Blackshaw, chief marketing officer for Intelliseek Inc., a company that analyses and tracks blogs.

In addition to Lutz, executives who pen public blogs include Richard Edelman, president and chief executive of the global PR firm Edelman, and Craig Newmark, founder of online swap meet Craigslist.org.
How much traffic do corporate blogs get? The top ones get solid but not overly impressive numbers:
The FastLane Blog gets between 150,000 and 200,000 visits a month, and Sun Microsystems president Jonathan Schwartz's blog gets 300,000.
