There at least four Twitter songs on YouTube.

Alana Taylor's song called "The Twitter Song" debuted in April, 2008 - there's also a cover of Alana's song here by Jen Borok.
Lisa Nova has a Twitter song called "Twitter Whore."
Mary Hodder and Joshua Levy performed a Twitter song based on "The Hammer Song" at the the Personal Democracy Forum.
The most recent Twitter Song is Ben Walker's song called "The Twitter Song."
